Canadian-based Comet Entertainment Inc. (www.cometentertainment.com), an animation production, content development and distribution group, announced today that it has entered into a Distribution Deal with Spain and Panama based Paneka Animaestudio (www.paneka.com) to represent all their properties worldwide.
Comet's CEO Raquel Benitez speaks enthusiastically of the deal: "Comet is extremely excited to be working with Paneka. Their projects are innovative, creative, and full of humour and action. The audience will love them. With a successful track record in the distribution arena with other properties such as Medusa's "Aida of Arborea" and "Toto Sapore", we are looking forward to bringing their programming to key markets and working with them in their international expansion as the characters are unique and the story "set in Temptation City" will fill an empty space in the adult animation industry".
Paneka Animaestudio built "www.mundofred.com", a web site showing funny flash animated cartoons, specially made for the net, with Forrito -a singing condom- as their main character. Latin America truly welcomed the site which was running a traffic average of 45,000 visits per day, at just one month from its opening. Last month a national TV network from Panama (Paneka AE's origin country) started showing the new Forrito adventures once a week on the most rated show in the country: "La 'scara". Forrito soon became Panama's favorite and the network broadcasted 60 episodes of the polemic character.
NGOs and Health organizations also became interested in using Forrito for campaigns and as sexual education material oriented to young audiences. The studio has also developed animated TV commercials spots for some major brands and music videos for artists and musicians from Panama.

For DVD: 16 episodes of 2 minutes each
For TV: 55 episodes of 2 minutes each
